Was Martha Stewart here?

So I was so proud of my watermelon masterpiece I had to put it on the blog--isn't it pretty!!!

Our new deck

BEFORE:

AFTER:

The deck is done--well other than we need to stain it!! I wish I had a before picture of it but all I have is a picture of the dirt it used to cover (I'll try to look for a better one) :-) Jason did a great job on it and it is great having a larger deck- the new one is more than double the size of our old one.

Goodbye Drotz Family!

We had a farewell party last night for our good friends Keeley, Dallas and Nevaya. They will be moving to Texas soon and will be greatly missed!

Do you like my new goggles?

Peyton was very excited about her new goggles which she runs through the sprinkler in at home!!!

A Day at the Zoo

Katie and Pey on the Merry-Go-Round.

Peyton combing the goat!

Say cheese Nate!

Having fun at the kids area in the zoo.

We had a fun time at the zoo with the Davidsons.

4th of July

We had a fun 4th of July at the Martindale's. We ate good food and watched the guys shoot off fireworks and get really excited about "sparkler bombs"---must be a guy thing! The kids had fun together and had fun with sparklers--yes the guys did manage to save a few for the kids!

Jason- all dressed up!

Jason was a best man in a wedding last week...here are a few pics from it.

More Racing fun!

I'm trying to get Jason as excited as I was to win my first and

only race I bet on! I did think I was going to be making a lot more

money on my 2 dollar bet though :-)

We were all pretty lucky w/ our SMALL winnings:-) I won a whole $4.00...my dad was the luckiest bringing back $9.00 on one race :-) We had to try out our luck a few times!

We all had a fun time at the races and it turned out to be a beautiful day!
