More Racing fun!

I'm trying to get Jason as excited as I was to win my first and

only race I bet on! I did think I was going to be making a lot more

money on my 2 dollar bet though :-)

We were all pretty lucky w/ our SMALL winnings:-) I won a whole $4.00...my dad was the luckiest bringing back $9.00 on one race :-) We had to try out our luck a few times!

We all had a fun time at the races and it turned out to be a beautiful day!

A Day at the Races

We decided to go to the horse races which was a lot of fun! It had entertainment for everyone there!

Baby Update

We'll we had our ultrasound yesterday and found out its a boy! He weighs about 9oz currently and everything looks good. We're all excited- we didn't have a preference for boy or girl- but it'll be fun having one of each. Peyton is excited to have a baby brother as well (just like her best friend Alissa--so that makes it even more exciting :-)!

Hiking

Peyton loves to go hiking, so we made the short- yet steep trek down to the bottom of the falls.

Grandma and Grandpa come to visit!

Peyton received a cool ballerina balloon animal at the Pizza place! Snoqualmie Falls

We were all excited to have grandma and grandpa come from South Dakota to visit- especially Pey! This was one of our first outings and was a beautiful day, Jason of course was working away! We finished the day with some shopping!

Baby countdown

The newest addition to the family is due November 19th...we'll keep updating you on the pregnancy progress...soon we'll be finding out if the baby is a boy/girl! Everything is going smoothly so far!

Working hard!

We've been busy outside now that the sun has finally come out again! Jason is busy doing lawn work and building our new deck..we even put Peyton to work:-) Our garden is growing slowly---but will hopefully pick up pace w/ a little bit of sun!

My new bike

Peyton and I came across a great find at a yard sale--her new big girl Barbie bike!! She has had a lot of fun riding it and thinks she's all grown up now!!

Summer -for a short time anyway

So it was summer and now its nothing but rain!! Peyton enjoyed running through the sprinkler during the few sunny days we've had so far!
