We had a mom-daughter date night last week so I surprised Peyton by taking her Disney Live--it was a lot of fun for her as we've never done anything like that before- and she got to see her some of her favorite cartoons come to life! Jason and Jackson went to hang out at his dads for a few hours....

3 months
Outside on one of the few nice enough days to hang out in February!
Jackson likes his swing and would probably sleep all day in it if we let him.
Jackson is 3 months old now- how time flies...He's still seems little but like he's growing up so fast! We're lucky because he's such a happy baby! He smiles very easily and really doesn't cry much unless he's hungry! He sleeps pretty well at night although lately he has been up more often due to a stuffy nose and wanting to eat more often (must be growing). It will be fun to see how much he weighs at his 4 month appointment..he's still littler than Peyton was at this age but I'm sure being a boy he'll surpass her eventually! He's a sweet baby and lots of fun! We can get him to chuckle at us but he hasn't let out a loud laugh yet! He did roll over once last week, but we're yet to persuade him to roll over again --maybe that's a good thing- once he gets going he may not stop!
I'm 30!
How many grandmas and a 4 year old does it take to put together a "Hello Kitty" Puzzle??
My grandmas, Pey and I
Its hard to believe I turned 30 last week....I don't really get too hung up on numbers and age- but it does seem a lot older to say I'm 30 compared to 29! Although I was kind of sad to not be celebrating with my Washington friends... I did get surprised w/ a party with my friends here in South Dakota so that was a lot of fun. Later we had cake again with the family.

Springtime in February?
Peyton climbing her "snow mountain" --- Peyton and her friend Hank

It was about 40 degrees or so yesterday so we decided to take Jackson on his first walk (you can see the top of his hood). Its sad that he's almost 3 months old and I feel like he hasn't gotten any fresh air b/c its too cold! We decided to walk to the neighbors to visit Peyton's friend Hank (the horse) ...then we continued our walk and probably walked about 1 1/2 miles...it was nice to enjoy the beautiful day and and quietness of the country!

Jackson's Dedication
Jackson was pretty funny---he thought everything Pastor Scott said was really entertaining and sat and smiled at him the whole time! We dedicated Jackson this past Sunday. It was a special day for all of us to dedicate him to Jesus. Afterwards we had lunch with all of our family so it was good to see everyone as well!
