Puyallup Fair

Ready for a train ride

.....and a boat ride!

What cute baby pigs

Peyton really liked the pigs

Peyton had a fun time on the rides at the fair...as always the faster and higher they went for her the better. Peyton also decided that Grandpa Mike needed to get some sheep, pigs and cows for her to show at the fair!

Road trip to the Goldsworthys!

Peyton and the Goldsworthy clan- Joel- 3; Chole-6; Luke-4

Katie and I --we are both pregnant--Katie about 9 weeks; I have about 9 weeks left :-)

I was very impressed by the amazing cucumbers Katie grew!!! She should enter it in some sort of contest :-)

Peyton and I drove to the east-side of the state to visit Katie and the kids, while her hubby is still deployed. We always have a fun time with them and will miss them so much when we move. Katie has been one of my best friends now since we first moved here---but we always seem to stay in great touch no matter where life takes us!

Meyer update

We have a lot of changes coming up in the next couple of months. Jason has now been medically retired from the Army due mainly to his herniated disks in back/neck, but a few other injuries as well. So we will be moving back to South Dakota which will be a big change for us all, but it will be good to be near family again. Jason will be applying to law school at University of South Dakota and I of course will be home with the kids for awhile. We will likely be moving towards the end of October and are putting our house on the market this weekend. So we will have lots going on in October/November--moving, selling our home, having a baby, getting out of the Army, Peyton is turning 4 (already!) and changing the life we've known out here for the past 8 years!! We will definitely miss our friends who have become our family most of all, so pray for smooth transitions for us in the next few months..and that I don't have the baby in the middle of Montana while driving back :-) We'll of course keep everyone posted and keep adding pics to the blog!
