Mud and Sunny Skies!

Spring time on the farm equals MUD, which definitely isn't fun!!! Some days Peyton comes in to change her clothes 3 times b/c she's so muddy! Its sad that we often wear farm clothes now more than regular ones---so unfortunately she often will often look mismatched on our blog, and messy! She really doesn't always look this way, but if we're playing on the farm she does! This is one of her clean moments as I don't think she'd gone out to play yet or look at the cows. It was between 60's and 70's the last two days and I think between 50's and 60's today...its so nice to finally be able to go outside.

4 months old!!

Jackson is now 4 months old! He went to the doctor a few days ago and got 2 shots...he does pretty good with his shots overall. He was 25 inches long and 14lbs 90z- it seems like he's growing so fast! He laughs- when he wants to ....as well as rolls from front to back --when he wants to ..he has rolled from back to front once. We moved him to his crib last week in his own room - which was hard for me- but he didn't seem to care at all and loves to stretch out (he couldn't really do that in his bassinet anymore!) He's still overall a happy baby and loves it when anyone talks to him. He loves his sister, Pey, who likes to entertain and talk to him! He takes 3 naps/day and wakes up every 3-4 hours still at night to eat. He's more of an early morning baby than Peyton was, but still is nice to me and doesn't make me get up too early!
